Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider. Disposable products like vapes and mouth pieces and foils etc are not refunded.
c) Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain products such as disposable hookah tips and opened tobacco products are not eligible for return.
